It’s a pleasure to meet you! I’m Nicole Morgan, the owner of LIME DOOR DÉCOR, a small, sophisticated, and on-trend business. Some may call it “Boutique”. There are so many options in the Tampa Bay Area when it comes to uplifting your home. As a stager, re-designer, decorator, and project manager, I have my own unique approach to providing service to my customers.

Like many, dreaming of a career that brought me happiness was a huge goal. How lucky was I to give this dream life in 2018? Timing was everything. In 2015, I sold my medical business, an Oncology pharmacy. The medical industry was all I knew since 1991. While I found that career to be very rewarding, I knew a change was on the horizon and good things were in store, so I took some time to focus on my family and figure out what I was going to be when I grew up! So many people say the same, but I truly wanted a change that brought me JOY.
My husband and I had bought and sold many homes in South Tampa over the last 20 years and every time our homes sold so quickly. We were even featured in House Trends Magazine! Lucky? Maybe. Our realtor insisted it was the staging/décor I provided that sold our homes. She encouraged me to consider decorating or staging. So here I am! After research and much consideration, the decision was clear. Becoming a certified Home Stager was the next step! I am proud to say I am Certified by TRANSFORMATIONS Staging and Redesign School. I am also a member of RESA, the Real Estate Staging Association as well as many other design sites.
Thank goodness I am married to a wonderful and supportive husband, David, who wants to be my assistant when he retires. His OCD may come in handy! I can always depend on him for late night dinner runs or trips to storage. We have a son, Cole, who recently graduated the University of Florida and is employed now in the Tampa Bay Area. Proud Momma!
